Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Pockless (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use pockless.com, join the early-access list, or use the Pockless iOS or Android app. It is written for a self-custody wallet: we design the product so your seed phrase and private keys stay on your device.

Keys stay on your device

Pockless does not collect, transmit, or store your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet PIN. Signing, backup, and biometric unlock happen on your phone. If you lose the device and your backup, we cannot recover the wallet.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Pockless, we may process:

• Waitlist: the email address you submit on pockless.com. We store it so we can invite you. We do not send automatic marketing from that form.
• Wallet profile: a display name and the public addresses the app derives for supported networks (for example EVM, Solana, and Bitcoin). We use these to show balances, send, swap, and run strategies you approve.
• App activity: strategies, watches, schedules, conversation text you send to the agent, risk limits, paper and live trade records tied to your profile, and device tokens if you enable push notifications.
• Technical data: IP address used to rate-limit the waitlist form (not stored with your email), app and OS version on API requests, and similar logs needed to operate and debug the service.

On-chain activity is public. Anyone can see transactions associated with addresses you use.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• operate the waitlist, website, and app
• authenticate your wallet session and provide portfolio, swap, and strategy features
• run the agent, watches, and executions you authorize
• send push notifications you opt into
• keep the service secure and diagnose failures

We do not sell your personal information.

Processors and third parties

We use infrastructure and APIs that process data on our behalf or that you hit when the app quotes or broadcasts a transaction. That currently includes hosting and databases for the website and API, Apple and Google for app distribution and push delivery, and market, RPC, and routing providers needed to read chain state and execute swaps or strategy fills. Those parties process data under their own terms when you use their networks.

Retention

Waitlist emails stay until we invite you or you ask us to delete them. Wallet profile and strategy data stay for as long as the account is active. You can stop using the app and delete it from your device at any time. On-chain records remain on the relevant networks.

Your choices

You can decline push notifications in system settings. You can ask us to delete a waitlist email or an app profile we store by writing to privacy@pockless.com. We may keep information we need for security, legal, or accounting reasons. Deleting server data does not erase keys or funds on your device or on chain.

Children

Pockless is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International

We may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. If you use Pockless from elsewhere, you understand that data may be transferred to those locations.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the date above. Continued use of the site or app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
