Terms of Service
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms govern pockless.com and the Pockless iOS and Android app. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Pockless.
The product
Pockless is a self-custody crypto wallet. You control the keys. You can describe strategies in natural language, paper-trade them, and, if you choose, authorize live execution within limits you approve. Pockless is in early access. Features, supported networks, and availability can change.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your seed phrase, PIN, and device secure. We cannot reset or recover them.
- Review every grant, swap, and live strategy before you approve it.
- Use only funds you can afford to lose. Crypto is volatile and irreversible.
- Comply with laws that apply to you, including those on crypto, taxes, and sanctions.
Not advice
Nothing in Pockless is investment, legal, or tax advice. Paper mode is a simulation. Live fills depend on networks, liquidity, and third-party routers. The agent cannot raise its own budget or trade outside what you authorize, but software and networks can fail.
Accounts and waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We may refuse, limit, or revoke app access, including during beta.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe it except through coordinated disclosure, interfere with other users, or use it for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The Pockless name, mark, and software are ours or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as allowed by the App Store or Play Store.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and app are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for lost keys, lost funds, missed trades, or damages arising from your use of Pockless or from third-party networks and providers.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above will change. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
